30-day return policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Starting a return
Contact Cary Supply Company at jackcary918@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for where and how to send the item and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Products may be fulfilled by different supplier partners, so the correct return destination can vary by product. Do not send a return to the business contact address or any supplier without receiving return authorization and instructions from Cary Supply Company. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-returnable items
Certain products can’t be returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and items marked final sale. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a product’s return eligibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider might need additional time to post the refund.
